0830 - Took Transjakarta to Gambir Station
0930 - Reached Station near Monumen Nasional (MONAS). After walked pass the market, we get on the free tram to the ticket booth at the entrance. Adult ticket price cost is IDR 15k for the Museum at the ground floor and to the top. The ground floor is a museum that introduce the Indonesia history. To go on to the top, it need to be queue to wait the lift. Even tough is not weekend, we have wait for around 30 minutes as there is many tourist and school visiting. We can view the whole Jakarta city at the top.
1300 - After get out from the Monas park with the tram, we're having lunch at the food market.
1400 - Walked to National Museum. The entrance is free. This museum is a suitable place to stay cool for this sunny day. Here have information about human history, indonesia history, ceramic and gold.
1600 - Walked to Jakarta Cathedral which is quite far but can view how this busy city life.
1700 - Reach the cathedral which has a very different style and architecture but some of the part is under renovation.
1730 - Walked to Juanda stasiun which can buy some refreshment at the convenience store and rest awhile. I saw there is a lot of phone shop just outside the station. We walked there and asked, the 4GB 3G and 4GB 4G SIM card only cost IDR 100k. It's so lucky that i didn't buy at the airport. There we take the transjakarta at Juanda to go back to Kota Tua.
