After having free breakfast at the hotel, we headed to the bus station to book the overnight bus to Da Nang. However, when we were there, the lady in the counter said that the overnight bus to Da Nang is VND350k which is different from the price told by another lady yesterday and there is no hotel pick up. Hence, we went back to the hotel to book the overnight bus. Our hotel receptionist help us to book the overnight sleeping bus. 2 out of 3 bus company were fully booked. Left the last one company but the price is VND400k. When we're discussing for bus, then she suddenly gave us VND350k and we just booked it.

0930 - We rode to the Trang An Landscape Complex. The motor parking fee is VND15k. The entrance ticket to the Trang An Caves and boat ride is total of VND200k/person. 4 persons will sit on a boat exclude the boatman. However, our boat were only 3 person sitting as another guy is alone. He is from Poland and name Adrian. He is very kind and close to others as he can chat easily with the boatwoman even though she don't understand much of the English.

We chose the Route 1 as it is the longer route compare to route 2. We will be going through 9 caves and landed to 3 temples. See the photos below which can give you what do this tour can see.

1230 - The boat tour ended, we headed back to the town to find lunch. My girlfriend wanted to find the special dished in Ninh Binh called Bun Moc. After we rode around the town, still can't see it. At last, we settle our lunch at Jolibee.

1400 - We headed towards the Trang An again but this time is to the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. There were many people wanted to collect the parking ticket. But we parked far away so that no chance for them to collect.
In this ancient capital, there were many temples. We didn't pay the entrance ticket to go in to the main temple as we felt like nothing to see as our budget was blown out on that day. Hence, we just walked around the ancient capital.

1500 - We headed to the Bai Dinh to see the largest pagoda in Southeast Asia from outside. After we reached, we couldn't get near to the pagoda but the pagoda is still very large.

After that, we headed to Tam Coc and tour around.

Then back to the town to find Bun Moc again. We found it near the bus station. It is like pork noodles and it is very cheap.

1900 - At the hotel, we were waiting the sleeping bus which will pick up us from 8-8:30pm. However, we were just called to pick up at 8:50pm. The hotel lady arranged us to sit in a Taxi and went together to the bus pick up place. First I thought that I need to pay for the Taxi fee but It wasn't. After we get to the seat at the upper seat since the lower seats were occupied, the bus departed. But the bus continued to pick up the passengers everywhere in Ninh Binh include the Tam Coc.
After departed from Tam Coc, the bus stopped at the rest station for about half an hour. Then the bus continued the journey.
The sleeping bus company that we took was Camel Travel. The bus conditions is good but the service is quite bad.
