After we bought the ticket for VND40k/person, we just knew that this ticket include the Trung Trang Cave which is near to the Cat Ba National PArk entrance. The man said that the opening time for the cave is until 11:30am and reopen at 1:30pm. Hence we went to visit the Trung Trang Cave first. Inside the cave in quite amazing as the stalactite and stalagmite look very beautiful.

Need to climb some staircases

We walked until a place that is so dark and there is a door and not dare to go further and we took another way

They are very beautiful

After backed to the National Park entrance, we started our hiking towards the Ngu Lam Peak. There is very clear sign, path and staircase and i think no guide is needed. There are many people climbing to the top too. The last few path is quite challenging as it is very steep that need to climb carefully. The first peak that we reached is in the hut that have upstair. From here, we can see the Ngu Lam Peak is just not far away. Then we climbed to to the Peak which have very steep path too. The view from the peak is quite amazing but it is too foggy today. The view can be more breathtaking. After took enought photo, we climbed back and rode back to town.
There is a resort inside the Cat Ba National Park

The journey is quite easy at the few hundred meters

Before reaching the hut, this is the hardest climb as it is very steep and not a proper staircase.

The view is amazing!

We had lunch in the local restaurant. The lady still can speak some English and hence we can order correct food.
