We booked the Lan Ha Bay - Ha Long Bay with the Cat Ba Vision for USD21(VND475k)/person.
0800 - Gathered at the agency after had the breakfast at the shop beside which is Phuong Nhung Restaurant. There was total of 14 persons include the few people with the 1D1N tour. Our tour guide is Kun, he can speak English fluently but some pronunciation is not the same.
0830 - After sit in van for 10 minutes, we reached the Ben Beo Port. After get on the boat and boat departed, the tour guide keep briefing about Cat Ba Archipelago, Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay. He really told us many thing like the different between Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay, the Cat Ba Island is a Women Island, Fishing village etc.

First stop is the Fishing village. We walked around on the fishing village. Kun give us the information about the structure of the fishing village and type of fish like snapper, whopper and shark.

After that, the boat keep cruising to the Ha Long Bay. All of the people sit on the upper deck which has sundeck chairs but we so cool that we don't move after sit on it so that to keep the warm. Along the journey, there are many shaped of islands or limestone karst told by the Kun.

1130 - We reached a stop at a part of the Ha Long Bay. Kun told us that we can jumping from the boat. However, we already felt very cold in the air and don't want to get cold after swim even tough Kun said the water is quite warm. I tested the water temperature with my foot and I felt not that warm. Hence, there is no one jumping from the boat. Then we proceed for lunch time. We sit with four spainish people and they chat in spanish. Hence, we just keep quite and keep eating the food.

After that, the boat drove back to the Lan Ha Bay towards the kayaking area. We keep sitting on the upper deck to view the limestone karst.
1330 - Reached the kayaking area. After get on the kayak,we follow the tour guide to kayak around the cave. There are Bat Cave, Bright Cave, Monkey Cave and Dark Cave. Kayaking in the cave is quite challenging as there are stream flow and steering in the cave is hard. When many kayak were in the cave, it is even harder. However, the stalactite in the cave is quite normal but the limestone karst at the outside is quite amazing. We kayaked for two hours and hence we're quite exhausted.

1530 - Ended the kayaking. The boat drove to the swimming area. Since the weather is still cold and the sky is so cloudy. Hence, No one want to swim or jumping. Then Kun told us to go back fishing village early. We were sitting on the upper deck and keep viewing the limestone karst. However, we were fall asleep as the wind is so cold and we're tired after kayaking. That four spanish people was following the 1D1N tour, the boat stop at the floating oyster village where there have a homestay to stay.

1700 - Reached the Ben Beo Port and back to the company agency by van. After reached the town, we had the cake for my birthday celebration and street foods as dinner.
