Taiwan Day 18 KenDing : 鵝鑾鼻公園 ELuanBi Park - 墾丁東海岸 KenDing East Coast - 南灣 Nanwan - 墾丁大街 KenDing Street

0430 - Woke up in the early morning to catch the only local train of the day which departed at 6am. After boarding to the train, there was not much people. The cabin that we sit was only two of us. Then we continued to sleep.

Noted: To go to KenDing, need to take bus at FangLiao station, not the FangShan station although is nearer to KenDing

0800 - Reached 枋寮 FangLiao station. After having breakfast, we get on the bus to KenDing (TWD 177). After we got on bus and it departed just two of us.

0930 - We got down at the Kending street and find the Kending Hostel that we had booked. It was quite hard to find as it is in a small alley. We also rented the scooter from the hostel which only cost TWD300/day which is so cheap that the other shop rent it for TWD400-550/day.

1100 - Then we started the journey to the east coast. Along the way, there were few other attractions. But the main attractions we went today was the Eluanbi park which is just 7km away from the Kending street. The entrance fee is TWD60/person. In this park, the tourist main attraction seem like is the lighthouse. But there is more thing to explore here especially the old coral reef rock. They formed various shaped and cave.

1400 - The we continue the journey along the east coast line. The attractions along this route are the taiwan southernmost tip, 風吹沙 FengChuiSha (Wind blow sand) and a suspension bridge. After all there attractions, we rode back to the Kending via the 恆春 HengChun Town.

1700 - After checked in into the room, we faster leave the bag and departed to the 南灣 Nanwan. The wave in the Nanwan is like in Kuta which is suitable for surfing.

1830 - After bathed in hostel, we walked along the Kending street and having local snacks as dinner.
