The fare is fixed for any distance. It is worth to travel for longer distance like going to Taman Mini. Each station which is called Halte located quite far from each other.
Transjakarta covered wide area while Transjogja is just inside the Yogyakarta town.
For Transjakarta:
- There is cabin and seat for female only and man have to move behind.
- The bus number and alphabet on the bus doesn’t always go to the direction that stated on the board. There is a person holding the small sign board that indicate the correct direction in each bus.

There are three classes:
1. Economy – Straight seatback for 6 passengers/row (Each side 3 passenger facing the others 3 person in the opposite). Usually for short distance.
2. Business – Slanted fixed seatback for 4 passengers/row (Each side 2 passenger without separator, facing the back of the seat in front)
3. Executive – Adjusted seatback for for 4 passengers/row (Each passenger have their own seat, facing the back of the seat in front)

Need to print the booking ticket and scan at the check in kiosk to get the orange ticket.
If you buy at the counter, they will give you blue ticket. When check in, need to change to orange ticket at the check in counter.

At the tourist area : IDR2k – 5k for motor.
In the town : IDR1k-2k even you parked in front of the normal shop.
Parking at the convenience store is free from the Customer. “Gratis” is free in Indonesian.

This is a local used transport and hence it is cheap but need to ask local for which to take and the direction.
